Sweet and spicy tofu

This is absolutely delicious! I don't think i will ever make tofu any other way again!

Here's what ya need:

1 package firm organic tofu
3 tbs toasted sesame seed oil
1/2 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos
5 tbs peanut butter(room temp)
1/4 cup agave nectar
1.5 tbs fresh chopped garlic
2 tsp chili powder

Drain the tofu for at least 10 minutes by placing it between two plates with some sort of weight on top, 5 lbs max or of course a tofu press.
Blot the tofu with paper towel and cut it into cubes. I cut my cubes about three quarters of an inch all around. Place them on parchment paper on a baking tray and bake on 400 for about a half an hour. If you have an air fryer about 10-15 minutes on 400 will also do the trick. You can stir them halfway through to get a nice even crispy coating.
In the meantime whisk all the other ingredients together is large bowl.
When the tofu is done dehydrating and slightly cooled, add it to the sauce and mix for an even coating. Marinate this for at least in half an hour. Put a little of sauce in a saucepan on medium heat and stir in the tofu.  Continue stirring until you have a nice sticky coating on all the tofu. Mix with your favorite veggies and/or rice and Enjoy!

Wellness Wize Chocolate Chip Cookies

It took me quite some time to perfect this recipe. I am so excited to finally share it with you! So preheat your oven now at 350 degrees and here's a list what you'll need:

Dry ingredients
1/3 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
1/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

Wet ingredients
1/4 melted coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut nectar (sugar)
1/4 cup organic whole soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

*Parchment paper is recommended

First you want to mix and melt the coconut sugar in with the coconut oil. Then you can add the rest of the wet ingredients together with it.
Next mix all the dry ingredients together themselves. Lastly you mix the two together and then fold in the chocolate chips. Depending on how many and how big you want your cookies plop down about 6 equal blobs of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 about minutes.
Wallah, perfect vegan cookies!
