Wellness Wize Chocolate Chip Cookies

It took me quite some time to perfect this recipe. I am so excited to finally share it with you! So preheat your oven now at 350 degrees and here's a list what you'll need:

Dry ingredients
1/3 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
1/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

Wet ingredients
1/4 melted coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut nectar (sugar)
1/4 cup organic whole soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

*Parchment paper is recommended

First you want to mix and melt the coconut sugar in with the coconut oil. Then you can add the rest of the wet ingredients together with it.
Next mix all the dry ingredients together themselves. Lastly you mix the two together and then fold in the chocolate chips. Depending on how many and how big you want your cookies plop down about 6 equal blobs of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 about minutes.
